scream mask = 20 def (only 20 def) holy spiritus = 20 extra def 31 magic resist and mp hp recover due to extra def not so important ..so scream mask is better for cleric

Nah, you should wear the scream/pumpkin at all times. This is because although they don't have any magic resistance, they have 20 def. The only char that is a threat to you is rune. However, since there are melee out there, attacker/templar/shadow/gunner, scream/pumpkin works better. You can self heal if a rune spam their skills at you, although it'd be stupid for them to go for a cleric since runes should take out mages and tankers first and let the gunners deal with the clerics.

Definitely, except with the scream mask you are lowering you're ex def with makes you even more vulnerable to shadows, they will probaly 1 shot you but you will die even with a dex hood on, in arena i like to switch between the two, it all depend what you're fighting. If there are alot of runes use the dex hood, if there are more melee throw on the scream

my build, ifollow in furom 150con 146dex 208wis 4.0 lotus,confusion and heal 1.1 dark power 3.4 FA full bless torment glove,light spirit armor still looking for a good knife or a hammer is this good ?

well shadow n gunner can get through your armor but not priest....whoaahh like hitting a wall there :D :D... i know i did it with my shadow to your cleric when you sapu vit...

My cleric use elite armor and scream mask, rest on dex and black moon in helm +2x con ring and rare con neck. Im only 3 bar but i cant remember when i got 1 hit last time, its pretty good imo. My skill build is: 4-0 confusion 4-6 cg 4-0 heal 4-0 lotos 4-0 FA

why con rings n neck instead of dex ones? Lazy to buy dex rings :D , and that neck is a rare one so its ok.

why con rings n neck instead of dex ones? tell me what u need 3 dex for in a cleric? you need 5 dex to improve extra defense, of course u can combine with ur build but 3 con would at least give you another 250-350 hp, which imo is more useful then a extra defense point, but just my opinion

im agree, clerics already have low ED so 1 ED point more or less won't make difference

3 con = 285 hp to be exact at level 95 (for clerics) when playing acolytes my personal choice is always con, this is always up to players and how they like playing. 3 con from jewelry, 9 con from helmet and 1 con from boots represent 1140 hp for a cleric at level 95. Tho the new neck seems attractive

I have question for u guys, what boots u wear at 150 con... ?
