Dex Templar (Which gem should i put?)
This is my first time playing a Dex Templar. I managed to find a pretty nifty 168con axe whereby the ex.att is 30 and critical is 4%. What gems should i put in my 168con? Should i increase the critical rate since Dex templars are based on critical and speed or should i continue to focus on the ex.att?

That's what I'd go for, diamonds, though it may be nice for you to find one with 8% critical, since you'll be dependent on it at all times.
