what stat gives ED/EA for gunner?

just want to learn about gunner since I dun have any idea in building this char..
4.1 camo is the same in 4.6 when it cums in muv speed?
and oso what gem put i gun?helm?weapon?armor?
and why it shud be?
and oso what specific stat(ED/DEF) that minimize the firearrow damage and GB?

4.1 cammo has same moving speed as 4.6
DEX gives EA and ED
and all def/ed reduces all damage

my tip for gunner:
cast 2.5 GB, sometimes it pass thru
magic cell, this can be done on
moving target,
coz f u charge it full,
the target will be out of range.
mostly done on rouges,
and low hp'd character
who runs to escape XD
full dex~
skills:
4.6 gb
4.6 fa
4.0~4.6 cloak (depends on u)
2.5 ri
rest safeguard

it depends. Sometimes even I've charged to 4-6 FULL GB still get B-L-O-C-K-E-D!!!! = =

In my memory, Magic Cells(HUMAN) = BLOCK! ; Response Intensified(AkKan) = EVADE......

P/S: I was fascinated by the Remote Cast Abilities of MAGE, and was playing as a Mage since 2003 until 2006...... ( I chose to be AkKan the day after... XD )
