just to remind all that i never see human come alone attack vit most of the time in pack...so i my opinion temp is good if they can be use in party as well as solo. and 1 more thing most solo human in there is leveling and low lvl.. :D ...so choose the best..long live AKKAN

anybody got tips to duel with chanters???? really hate them... It depends. If a chanter sees the templar first, the temp is pretty much dead because you don't have much time to react and vice versa.

anybody got tips to duel with chanters???? really hate them... enc ? so easy.. templar class can pawn every human class except cleric/priest fatal attack + weapon strike = dead :shock: You know that archers can wear bows aswell don't you..? :roll: Tips against enchanters, lead them away from mobs, full force no mercy etc.

With same fame, a str templar would kill the chanter or sorc if WS+Fatal don't get blocked and some of the hits need to be critical.

I read about templars builds but what about EQ? arm should have more block on +^ or maybe ed? same with armor def or ed from gems :<?

With same fame, a str templar would kill the chanter or sorc if WS+Fatal don't get blocked and some of the hits need to be critical. That's however never the case.. All decent mages have atleast 20% block, unless for some stupid reason the mage would be wielding something ridiculous like an axe or something lol.. Templars need atleast 2 arms.. 1 with diamonds for blockrate, use it when casting PI, then swap to your secondary arm, the increased block and MR from PI will remain after you swapped. For the other arm and your armor you should go for MR or ED, it's really up to you what you feel is needed the most, if you die more from magic caster or stealths/fighters. I usually go for ED on my templar's armor and have a MR arm with me that i can swap to when needed, but on Torment now maybe it's worth going completly MR..

I wouldn't say it's completely worth using MR guard arms. There are ALOT of warriors and a significant number of defenders. Warriors are already overpowred and if you don't have the 6ed, you are more likely to die from them.

Agree with Yatzee~ Since this server has so many mages (at least on the human side) MR gear is not an option anymore unless you wanna die within 30secs when encountering an enchanter

u guys sure that 4.6 PI gives magic res ?? if so how much ??

Even 1.1 gives more mr, but I don't know how much it increases since it's not displayed.

When i reach lvl 95 with my templar I am planning on having: STR 208 DEX 116 ?? or 115 CON 165 INT 20 or 115 DEX and 21 INT ? As skills somethign like: Fatal Strike 4.6 ? Protect Intensified 4.6 ? Weapon Intensified 4.5 ? Weapon STrike 4.6 ? In PvP I'd like to kill and stay alive. I do not have any experience on playing templar so give me some advice, thx.

21INT AND 115DEX for 1 more skill point. This is the build I originally had planned, though I brought my dex down to 101 so I can have 7 more str. In a party, you should only stay in the front line if there are lifes that back you up and knows how to heal (some lifes can't heal, they try to kill instead). Otherwise, wait for the humans to come and attack together. You would want to go for wars/defenders mainly, sometimes clerics or priest after relief. Do not chase stealthers since they can be killed easily. As for the mages, you have to have evades before you come and charge at them, If the fame difference is too high, i.e. the mages have higher fame than you, don't bother attacking them, leave it for the runes.

with int ring/neck plus a int+9 helm , u can 1 free skill points do. No points do add 1 int again .

I'd rather have 1 str ring for 1 dex.
