a well manage net + lysis would make you waste your fatal and slight... so im not really scare of 12-15k dmg ....

I said depends because torment wars cause lethal damages to any class. When I was a 3 bar, a 2 bar war came and 2 hit me 13k, both critical, ouch**. He had about 1% health left that merely escaped from my WS, I wasn't sure if he was using the war bug because he came out of nowhere and I can't see people's skills. My point is, that 2 criticals occurs very, I mean VERY low chance due to the 36% block rate on PI. Even if I 0% block and your war had 40% critical, to have both critical, your critical rate is 16%. In addition, with the 36% block rate per hit, the overall percentage that you'll hit 2 critical HIT templar with 36% block rate is something like 6.5% from my calculation.
Now, templars usually have RI 2.0, which is 2 evades, and that can save at least 1k health. Fatal+WS+PI+Evade+High EA/Normal attack = win against most classes and builds. This is the reason why you should care about your '12k-15k' HP because it is not unusual that a WS can do a 5k with critical especially with your low def.

Con templars if you want to survive better since you can stun and have higher HP. However, the downside is low ea and low attack, which can't kill humans that fast when it comes to mages/acolytes.
