What is the warrior skill stack bug?
So, I've seen people reporting "skill stackers" providing a bunch of screenshots and one guy even showed a video, am I totally dumb not seeing what this bug is about? Can someone please explain to me the purpose of this bug? (I am not asking how to do it, I just want to know what it is and why it's considered a bug)

If you watch the video below that I posted you will see what I'm talking about. Watch as he casts his skills then watch when he hits me with a normal swing, the damage he does to me is 5xxx, 5xxx and it was only a normal swing. But watch how before he kills me you see him do his skills. The skills are saved until he swings at me while his skills are cooling down. So basically he is a way to get to be able to use your skills while cheating the cooldown time. It also makes it a lot easier for people to get kills because they can't die before/while casting them.
