You been Scammed, Hacked, Stolen, Forgotten?
I tell here what i will do in these situations: 1. Scammed in trade or other ways: -I cannot restore items you lost 2. Account stolen/hacked/password forgotten/character deleted: -I cannot return items if that were lost -I can return account and vault passwords if email you used to register account is valid -I can restore deleted characters How to report if you been having any of those issues: -PM to NewPriest in forums. -Explain situation shortly in PM. -Provide your details: Account name, Character names in account, valid email address that was used to register account...if issue is deleted character, provide name(s) of deleted characters. -Do not send multiple PMs about same thing. And do not report and make thread and post your details in forum that all people can read it there (as some has been done so far) I will not send passwords through forums or to emails that are not used to register account so if you used fake email to register, your account cannot be returned by me. This is also reminder for account buyers that original owner can get password back if their email they used to register account, is valid. How to avoid these kind things?: -Do not buy items or accounts from person that you dont trust well -Do not tell your account details to anyone -Only one you need tell your account details is me, NewPriest, if having such situations as above and ONLY in forums. -IF you play in cyber cafe, try to type your passwords when no other people can see it...also if you want secure your items better in inventory, deposit them to vault when you stop playing session so if someone log your account, there is smaller chance that you lose also items from characters.
